• Provide technical support to both technical and non-technical customers
• Assist in the administration of Linux servers running repositories and other services
• Coordinate software development and customer-driven projects
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations on EPrints software to existing and potential users
• Maintain technical and procedural information in the issue tracking system
• Keep team project and technical documentation up to date
