Job Description Summary
The University of Manchester is seeking a Researcher to work on an ESRC-Productivity Institute funded project, “The UK Productivity-Governance Puzzle: Are UK’s Governing Institutions Fit for Purpose in the 21st Century,” directed by Professor Andrew Westwood and Professor David Richards in the Department of Politics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct historical data-gathering, literature, and documentary review and analysis as part of a process-tracing methodology.
- Utilize qualitative research methods, including focus groups and elite interviewing, and demonstrate expertise in using NVIVO.
- Collaborate with the project team and contribute to the research objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of research outputs, such as publications and presentations.
