Job Description Summary

The University of Leicester is seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to join its School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences as a Lecturer in Creative Computing, SciArt, and Data Visualisation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching through lectures, creation of teaching materials, and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students in interdisciplinary courses like BSc in Creative Computing and MSc in Data Science.
  • Contribute to innovative research in the Creative Computing Research Group and external groups like the Institute of Digital Culture.
  • Publish high-quality research outputs, generate research income, and/or achieve real-world research impact.
  • Supervise research postgraduate students.
  • Engage in networking and collaboration opportunities, both internally and externally.
