King’s College London is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join their Denmark Hill Engineering Team, responsible for maintaining and ensuring the operational performance and safety of various buildings across the campus.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake planned preventative and reactive maintenance throughout College buildings, ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of planned and reactive maintenance to a high standard.
  • Ensure the operational performance and safety of buildings at all times.
