Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity to join UK in a Changing Europe’s (UKICE) operations team as a Project Administrator, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operational running of the unit until April 30th, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial and procurement-related tasks, data management work, and wider office management duties.
  • Organize and minute key meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the Operations Manager in facilitating the smooth day-to-day operations of the unit.
  • Handle and manage confidential data and information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Participate in general administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
