Job Description Summary
King’s College London is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join their world-renowned Motor Neuron Disease (MND) Care & Research Centre, a pioneering facility in the field of MND treatment and research.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the MND Care and Research Centre
- Collaborate with consultants, clinical nurse specialists, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver specialized MND care within the clinic and across the South East region
- Coordinate local care for individuals living with MND and support primary care teams
- Work closely with the Motor Neuron Disease Association (MNDA), King’s College London, and King’s College Hospital to ensure the delivery of world-class treatment and plan the implementation of emerging treatment options
- Facilitate the smooth delivery of clinical trials within the service and assist in the planning and implementation of new and emerging treatments
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and monitor service delivery
