Job Description Summary
King’s College London is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior CBT Tutor to support the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) pathway of its Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) program, which is accredited by the British Association of Behaviour and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Responsibilities
- Monitor the compliance of the DClinPsy curriculum with BABCP Minimum Training Standards for accreditation
- Provide CBT lectures and/or coordinate a teaching stream for the DClinPsy program
- Participate in assessments of trainees’ CBT knowledge and competencies
- Work with the program team and placement supervisors to maximize trainees’ CBT experience and supervision
- Provide supplementary online group CBT supervision when placement supervisors are not BABCP-accredited therapists
