Job Description Summary
Imperial College London is seeking a Head of Content Marketing (Maternity Cover) to lead the Content Marketing team and develop strategies for promoting the Business School’s degree programs to attract top international students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a multi-channel content marketing strategy to position the Business School’s degree courses competitively and achieve enrollment and diversity targets.
- Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality marketing content across various formats (articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, digital brochures, etc.) to engage and inspire prospective students.
- Measure, analyze, and report on content marketing performance to inform future campaigns.
- Lead and inspire a team of content marketing and social media professionals, including a Content Marketing Manager and two Content Marketing Officers.
- Ensure content marketing alignment across Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions (MRA) departments.
- Manage content distribution across various channels (website, social media, email marketing, advertising) in collaboration with respective teams.
- Analyze and report on the return on investment of content marketing activities.
- Plan and produce content for new program launches and relaunches.
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders (Academic Directors, Program Directors, Deans, etc.) across the Business School and College.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers (design agencies, videographers, photographers, PR agencies, etc.) and ensure best value for the College.
- Plan and manage the content marketing budget (approx. £300k).
