Job Description Summary
Imperial College London, a world-renowned institution for research and teaching in diverse fields, seeks an Assistant Professor in Marketing to join its esteemed Imperial College Business School.
Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to a range of research within the marketing department
- Direct, lead, or contribute to a research area at the highest levels of scientific rigor
- Supervise, train, and mentor research staff and students
- Obtain research grants and encourage junior staff to do the same
- Manage research projects and write reports for sponsors
- Publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals
- Attend and present work at national and international conferences
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Business School and across Imperial College
- Teach and examine courses at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels
- Supervise Ph.D. candidates and provide pastoral support to students
- Contribute to curriculum development and teaching methods
- Participate in strategic planning, objective setting, and administrative duties
