Job Description Summary

Durham University is seeking a motivated Graduate Intern to join their Art team within the University Library and Collections. This internship role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the gallery and visual arts sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct engagement with visitors, addressing diverse needs and access requirements.
  • Support the development and planning of engagement programs.
  • Advise and respond to inquiries from students, academics, and the public regarding available services and collections.
  • Participate in short-term working groups and project work.
  • Contribute to communications, social media activities, user experience initiatives, and user engagement efforts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the above responsibilities.
