Job Description Summary
The University of Leeds is seeking an experienced People & Change Adviser to support a range of transformational change initiatives across the university. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, from scoping changes and assessing impacts to planning, implementing, and measuring success.
Responsibilities
- Undertake and advise on all activities related to the change management approach, including identifying change impacts, developing plans, implementing actions, and measuring readiness and success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build change management capability within the HR community and across the university.
- Drive planned improvements in leadership, capability, capacity, engagement, ways of working, and resource management to support change delivery.
- Provide tailored coaching and mentoring support to individual colleagues to support the realization of goals.
- Support the implementation of communications and engagement strategies, as well as the scoping and implementation of engagement activities for specific change initiatives.
- Engage with HR colleagues to ensure HR-specific activities are managed in accordance with university policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in the University’s People & Change Team and the broader Change Practitioner Network to support the development and implementation of the change management strategy, promote the University-wide People & Change Approach, and support the development of organizational change leadership capability.
