Job Description Summary
The University of Leeds is seeking an experienced Change Engagement Adviser to join its Corporate Processes & Systems Programme, a transformational change initiative aimed at improving processes, systems, data, and ways of working across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead stakeholder engagement approaches and activities, tailoring them to different groups’ needs.
- Develop and implement creative plans to foster effective two-way engagement and influence behavioral change.
- Plan coordinated and efficient stakeholder engagement interventions within the Programme.
- Analyze and report stakeholder feedback to inform decision-making and change management planning.
- Craft key messages and creative materials in collaboration with the Internal Communications and Engagement team.
- Provide service and programme content for existing central channels, where appropriate.
- Design and content-manage bespoke channels/activities.
- Support drafting programme materials and proposals for governance approval.
- Understand the people-based aspects of change to ensure tailored engagement and communications activities.
- Establish engagement and communications measurement and evaluation mechanisms.
- Share best practices, coach, and build capability across the Programme, Services, and People & Change Team.
- Identify opportunities to raise the profile of service transformation and improve the service user experience.
- Demonstrate personal leadership by being focused, flexible, professional, motivated, and effective.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the programme and University communications plans and processes.
