Job Description Summary

Unipol Charity is seeking a dedicated Lettings Coordinator to join their team and play a pivotal role in the lettings process, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the lettings process and providing information on available properties
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property and answering any questions
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photographs are provided
  • Process tenancy applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless transition for new tenants, including advising on move-in dates and key collection
  • Maintain accurate records of lettings activities, including inquiries, viewings, applications, and completed tenancies
  • Monitor and report on lettings performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
  • Support marketing efforts by providing feedback on prospective tenant inquiries and helping to implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Participate in open days and student fairs to promote Unipol properties and attract prospective tenants
  • Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant legislation and Unipol’s policies and procedures
