Job Description Summary
The University of Leeds is seeking a service-focused individual with excellent administrative and organizational skills to join the International Pathways Centre as a Centre Administrator and Diary Secretary.
Responsibilities
- Daily office management, including student or visitor reception and email organization
- Proactive diary management for the Director of International Pathway Programmes (DIPP), operational planning, and implementing effective ways of working
- Planning, organizing, and supporting the delivery of events and meetings for current and prospective students
- Planning and organizing external meetings and events, including arranging venues, agendas, travel, and accommodation
- Responding to inquiries on student data or issues, dealing with individuals sensitively
- Building and managing effective working relationships across the University and with external partners
- Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing a professional service, and resolving queries
- Carrying out administrative support for the International Pathways Centre, including recording and maintaining information, collating data, producing reports, and managing office requisitions
- Supporting the Director and Team with HR, Health & Safety, mail, and finance functions
